In order to list your home, we will need to receive:

Copy of the current deed
Copy of covenants, restrictions, easements, leases, etc. if any
Copy of most recent tax bill
Septic system plan if available

If your property is a condominium, we will need to receive:

Monthly condo fee
Declarations
Bylaws
Current operating budget and fiscal statement
Copy of general insurance policyHelpful information:
Annual water and sewer costs
Annual heating fuel oil and/or propane costs
Annual electric costs

Front entrance

Clean doors and windows
Sweep sidewalk
Polish doorknob
